The Royer West and Royer Garden apartments offer a one or two-bedroom option, all with patios for when you want to be connected to resort-like amenities but still enjoy stepping out onto a patio for lounging. The Royer West apartments offer a two-bedroom with two baths and a one-bedroom option. This apartment includes a stackable washer and dryer in each apartment. The Royer Garden apartments offer a two-bedroom and one-bedroom option. These apartments offer a community laundry room equipped with three sets of non-coinoperated washers and dryers that the apartment building shares.

Your monthly maintenance fee includes:

• Maintenance both inside and outside of the home, lawn care (except for plants that the resident chooses to plant), edging, mulching and snow removal
