Welcoming open floor plans offer the living room you are sure to spend endless hours with family and friends and a kitchen you will delight in testing your culinary skills (complete with all major appliances, which we will repair or replace as necessary). Your overnight guests will enjoy their own room, while you are nearby in your master bedroom with an attached half bath.

Our 23 cottages offer the independent duplex lifestyle, but with square footage similar to our apartments. These cottages are arranged in a neighborhood townhouse style offering single-floor living, with unfinished basements for extra storage and convenient off-street parking.

Londonderry Village offers 162 apartments in efficiency, one and two bedroom, and deluxe models – all connected to our main building and the community’s central hub of activity. Here, it is never too hot, too cold, too rainy or snowy to keep you from enjoying our many social functions, taking a dip in the pool, hitting the gym, getting a prescription filled in our pharmacy, or just visiting with friends down the hall.

At Londonderry Village, you can live the carefree retirement lifestyle you’ve heard your friends talk about. Whether you choose a duplex, cottage or apartment, your monthly maintenance fee will cover:
