The apartments at Londonderry Village is a perfect choice for those who want to be connected to it all! Our six different apartment buildings are directly connected to our main building, putting you right in the mix of things. You have ease of access to amenities such as our Paul and Carol Boll Wellness Center, the Di Matteo Worship Center, The Stoneback Library, The Café, Seasons Restaurant, and Billiards room . There are three high-rise apartments and three ground floor apartments to choose from.

The Crofton building, a three-story high-rise, is connected to the Snell Community Center near our Paul and Carol Boll Wellness Center. The Ardley building is connected near our Village Art Center and our Studio. These apartments have a blend of efficiency (Crofton only), one bedroom, one bedroom deluxe (Ardley only), two bedroom and two bedroom deluxe. Each apartment building offers lounge areas where you can enjoy game night, holiday parties and other events with your neighbors.

The Crofton apartment building offers patios for ground floor apartments and balconies for select one bedroom apartments on the second and third floors. The Ardley building offers balconies for two-bedroom deluxe apartments only.

Londonderry Village offers a beautiful blend of ground floor living with patios in the Wayland Garden apartment building. Each Wayland apartment offers an open floor plan, recessed lighting, spacious kitchen, under cabinet lights, a master bedroom with an ensuite and either one and a half or two full baths. Wayland apartments are available with one bedroom, one bedroom with a den, or two bedrooms. The Wayland is located in close proximity to The Stoneback Library and The Café, our Seasons Restaurant and our Billiard’s room.

The Royer West and Royer Garden apartments offer a one or a two bedroom option, all with patios for when you want to be connected to resort like amenities but still enjoy stepping out onto a patio for lounging. The Royer West apartments offer a two bedroom with two bath and a one bedroom option. This apartment includes a stackable washer and dryer in each apartment. The Royer Garden apartments offer a two bedroom and one bedroom option. These apartments offer a community laundry room equipped with three sets of non-coin operated washers and dryers that the apartment building shares.

Your monthly maintenance fee includes:

• Maintenance both inside and outside of the home, lawn care (except for plants that the resident chooses to plant), edging, mulching and snow removal

• 24-Hour emergency response system
• Annual housekeeping
• Once a month housekeeping (1 hour)
• Membership in the Paul and Carol Boll Wellness Center
