Carlton cottages have a one bedroom and two bedroom option that offer an unfinished basement for extra storage, somewhere to enjoy your hobbies, or a space to turn into a bedroom for overnight guests.

Monthly Maintenance Fee Includes:

• Property and School Taxes

• Maintenance upkeep on both the exterior and interior of your home.
• Lawn care (except for plants that the resident chooses to plant), edging and mulching and snow removal.
• Refrigerator, stove, microwave, garbage disposal, washer and dryer all provided and maintained.
• 24 hour emergency response system
• Once a year housekeeping(where we clean underneath and around the appliances and wash your windows inside and out).
• One hour of housekeeping service per month.
• Once a year seasonal housekeeping
• Membership to the Paul and Carol Boll Wellness Center
• Access to the Snell Community Center
• Priority access to the Health Center (if needed)
