The Wheaton Apartments are a three-story apartment building featuring one-bedroom with den, two-bedroom, and two-bedroom deluxe models.

Each apartment includes a patio or balcony, upscale cabinetry, granite countertops, high-end light fixtures, and more.

The one-bedroom with a den includes one full bathroom and one half-bathroom, while the two-bedroom and two-bedroom deluxe models each offer two full baths and a walk-in closet in the master bedroom.

Like all apartments, the Wheaton is conveniently connected to the main building, providing interior walking access to our Seasons Restaurant, Billiard’s Room, Atrium, and the Stoneback Library and Cafe!

Your monthly maintenance fee includes:

• Property and School Taxes
• Property Insurance
• Electricity (Wayland Garden and Wheaton Only)
• Water
• Sewer
• Trash
• Maintenance both inside and outside of the home, lawn care (except for plants that the resident chooses to plant), edging, mulching and snow removal
• Refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer (except in the Royer Garden) all provided and maintained
• 24-Hour emergency response system
• Annual housekeeping
• Once a month housekeeping (1 hour)
• Membership in the Paul and Carol Boll Wellness Center
• Access to the Snell Community Center
• Priority access to the Health Center if needed
