Many residents moving into our community often have the same consensus: “I am busier in retirement than I was when I was working!”
Whether you decide to stay involved in clubs and committees off campus, or decide to participate in all that we have to offer our residents on campus, Londonderry Village encourages every resident to stay active in a community and a lifestyle that reflects your true self. Here, you will find endless opportunities for personal growth and exploration. You can take an art class, engage in a book club or Bible study, or learn about particular topics in our monthly Lunch ‘n Learn programs, and so much more.
We offer various pool classes, personal instruction in our gym, and exercise classes to help you stay fit. Get a group together and walk our campus or play a fun round of pickle ball, bocce, or shuffle board – or try sinking the ball on the putting green.
If the grandkids are visiting, you can take them to the billiards room to play pool, ping pong, or table shuffleboard. You could even teach them how to play chess. For a quiet visit, bring the family to the theatre room and watch one of your favorite films. If you need a snack, our convenience store is nearby.
If giving back is your passion we have ample opportunities to volunteer or participate as leaders in various clubs and committees, making an impact in the lives of others around you.
Ready for an adventure? Just read through our monthly newsletter to sign up for bus trips that we take to various sporting events, theatre shows, art galleries, musicals, shopping trips and sight seeing tours.
