South Campus Model Home

Exciting things are on the horizon. Covid has caused ample delays in people’s lives. This stands true for Londonderry Village, and their plans for South Campus, their new expansion project. First discussed years ago before the recession, South Campus has been a topic of interest amongst many interested parties who want to someday call Londonderry Village their home.

Originally planned to be completed in October, construction teams have been working around the clock to finish the model home, which boasts 1,700 square feet, 2-car garage, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a gas fireplace. This home can be found on the corner of Grubb and Leon. Jessica Sibbett, The Marketing Director, and Tyler Weaber, Marketing Coordinator have moved their offices down to this new location. This will serve as a welcome center/design studio for all future residents.

Later this year we will be breaking ground on Phase 1 of our South Campus building project, which will consist of single family homes, townhomes and hybrid villas, which are larger style apartments, that host more windows and come with a 1 car garage.

A new name has also been selected for South Campus, which will be announced later next week. Stay tuned to our social media for the big reveal. The marketing booklets for South Campus are currently at the printer, additional upgrade options are being finalized, and color options have been selected. Exciting things to come.
